REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we do NOT offer refunds ONLY store credit and exchanges. Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
For hygienic purposes, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on jewelry.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange unworn items in its original condition with tags attached. item should be returned and accompanied by the original packaging and must show no signs of wear.
We will gladly exchange ONLY unworn full priced item(s) in original condition with tags attached within 10 days of order delivery date. Please contact us by email within 2 days of receiving your order to process your exchange and avoid selling out products before your item(s) arrives.
If you requested a higher value item as an exchange, you will be responsible for the difference in price. In such case, an invoice will be emailed to the customer to cover the difference.
Please be advised that an exchange can only be made one time for every item purchased.
We reserve the right to deny return/exchange of any item that is not in the original condition as stated above.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns / exchange of item(s) unless If your item(s) are faulty upon delivery, in which case, you should report to our team within 2 days of delivery. A member of our team will provide you with a shipping label to ship the item(s) back to us. Once we receive your returned item, our team will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request.
We recommend shipping your return/exchange item (s) using a trackable method and since our team cannot be liable for packages that we did not ship ourselves.
