When will my order ship?

Note that orders generally process within 2 business days, not including holidays and weekends. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed. Please allow for up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation email has been sent to be able to track the package.

When will my order arrive?

Please check your order confirmation email for tracking information. Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed? Unfortunately, once an order is in processing, we are unable to modify or cancel it. However, you can exchange your item within 10 days of the delivery date.

Can I get a price adjustment on my order if some of the items are now on sale?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments at this time.

Do you allow Returns and Exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer refunds ONLY store credit and exchanges. Sale Items are FINAL SALE.

What is your exchange policy for orders?

We will gladly exchange ONLY unworn full-priced item(s) in original condition with tags attached within 10 days of order delivery date. Please contact us by email within 2 days of receiving your order to process your exchange and avoid selling out products before your item(s) arrives. We reserve the right to deny exchange of any item that is not in its original condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns/exchange of items are the responsibility of the customer, unless If your item(s) are faulty upon delivery, in which case, you should report to our customer service team within 2 days of delivery.
